Do I own the website on a management plan?
Yes. The setup payment is for the finished website, and it's yours from that payment. You keep it if you ever leave. Monthly fees pay for services, not instalments.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Your plan carries on month to month until you end it with 30 days' written notice. If you only want us to keep the website online, you can step down to hosting-only at £29 a month.
What counts towards the 90 minutes on Managed?
Things like checking content, updating photographs, making agreed minor text changes and small improvements within the existing design. We may use the time proactively where it's useful. Unused time doesn't roll over to the next month. New pages, bigger redesigns and complex new features are quoted separately.
What does hosting-only include?
Hosting, SSL management and fixing faults in our hosting. It doesn't include monitoring, changes or priority support. It runs month to month, and it's for websites we built: plan clients stepping down after their first 12 months, or Freehold buyers who want us to host the files.
Can you host a website you didn't build?
No. We only host websites we have built.
Is the chat assistant a contract?
No minimum term. It runs month to month and can be ended with 30 days' notice.
Why do prices say "from"?
A larger or more complex site is quoted on its proposal before you commit.
