* We may use the 90 minutes proactively, and unused time does not carry over. Management plans run for twelve months to start, then month to month with 30 days' notice. The setup payment is for the finished website, and it is yours from that payment: you keep it if you ever leave. Monthly fees pay for services, not instalments.

Not every business fits a website we have already built. If you need something designed from the ground up, larger, or built around a specific brief, tell us what you need and we will quote it before any work starts. Same standard, same ownership, and the same hosting, domain and email options.

Domains and mailboxes are renewed every year, always in your name, whichever route you take. Hosting is already included in Managed Lite and Managed. The £29 a month hosting-only plan is the minimum for us to keep a website we built online: for plan clients who step down after their first 12 months, or Freehold buyers who want us to host the files. We only host websites we have built. Fixed prices, so you know the running cost before you say yes.

Answers your customers' questions, day and night
A small chat window on your site that answers from your own content: what you do, where you cover, how to get a quote. It only says what you have told it, in your brand's voice and colours, and hands over to you by email or phone when a question is beyond it. You see every conversation and can correct any answer.
